Our hydraulic trade counters carry a comprehensive stock of fluid power products from stock to offer an instant over the counter response, with access to 70,000+ products available for next day delivery. Each hydraulic trade counter has been built with dedicated production facilities to allow the manufacture of a one off, or high volumes of hydraulic hose assemblies with optional testing, labelling, bagging or including them into multi components kits.
A day in the life of a Internal Sales Advisor
Our Internal Sales Advisors work closely with the Branch Manager and Technical Sales Representative in day-to-day depot administration and sales activities. A part of your day will be communicating with both new and existing customers via phone & email, understanding their needs & requirements, always delivering excellent service and driving sales where possible. You will be using our computer system to generate quotations, process orders, raise purchase orders to suppliers and other branch focused administration tasks.
Your duties will also include:
Assisting and actioning customer enquires
Processing of sales orders & quotations
Identifying, sourcing & component selections
Provide prompt customer service to the highest standards
Completing general administration duties
Logistics co ordination of outgoing orders
Who we are looking for:
You will need a customer focused approach and be confident and happy to support customers with their requirements over email and phone, and proactively engage with potential future customers. As our Internal Sales Advisor, you will have had previous experience in a similar customer facing role, perhaps in another industry.
Whilst not essential, previous knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic components will be a distinct advantage.
