Customer Service Officer

You will be part of our successful customer service team, where our clients are at the heart of everything we do. This is a busy role and you'll need to be resilient as the nature of job is dealing with reactive maintenance which will require prompt assistance. You will be taking incoming calls (on average 50 calls a day) ensuring to take full and accurate breakdown details and allocate jobs to Service Engineers. You will be providing updates to customers on the progress of their service jobs, so attention to detail along with outstanding customer service is the foundation for this role.  

Our Customer Service phone lines are open 7am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 7am - 2pm Saturdays. The shift patterns are 8 working hours per day, 7.30am – 4.30pm, 8am -5pm and 8.30am – 5.30pm including one hour lunch break.

You will also: 

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process job sheets and invoices; and
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as required

You must have experience working within a busy customer service environment and be comfortable with taking a high volume of calls each day. You will have an excellent telephone manner and you will be passionate about delivering the highest level of service, willing to go the extra mile to turn a complaint into a compliment.
